Estimation Engineer – Lucknow

Skyline Architectural Consultant is looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team in Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and cost calculations for architecture, construction, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
- Prepare rate analysis for civil, architectural, finishing, and other construction works.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify project quantities and requirements.
- Prepare and evaluate tender estimates, comparative statements, and cost proposals.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams for estimation-related requirements.
- Verify quantities and rates against drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
- Assist in tendering, contractor quotation analysis, and rate negotiations.
- Prepare cost reports and track variations in project quantities and costs.
- Maintain proper documentation of estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and supporting calculations.




- Ensure estimates are prepared accurately within the required timelines.

Required Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in Architecture, Construction, Infrastructure, or Consultancy may be considered.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in estimation and quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and costing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of construction materials, specifications, and market rates.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in government/infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of tender documents and construction contracts.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Valuable communication and documentation skills.
