JOB DESCRIPTION – MARKETING OFFICER

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads through various marketing channels.
- Promote company projects, properties, and services to prospective customers.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and coordinate site visits.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM.
- Support digital, offline, and promotional marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into bookings.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Participate in property exhibitions, events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular marketing activity and lead-conversion reports.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, site visit, and sales targets.
- Ensure all marketing activities follow company policies and brand standards.





Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in Real Estate.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

- Lead generation and lead quality.
- Site visit conversion.
- Sales/booking conversion.
- Customer follow-up and relationship management.
- Marketing campaign performance.
- Achievement of assigned monthly and annual targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
