About the Role

TRUE AGROROOTS PVT. LTD. is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible Logistics Executive to support day-to-day logistics, dispatch coordination, and delivery operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong follow-up skills, effective communication abilities, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily dispatches and delivery status.
- Coordinate with courier, transport, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Schedule delivery appointments and maintain adherence to timelines.
- Maintain shipment trackers and update delivery records regularly.
- Follow up on delayed, pending, or failed deliveries.
- Support smooth coordination between logistics, warehouse, and operations teams.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and customer-focused approach while handling coordination activities.
- Strong ownership mindset and follow-up capabilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of logistics, dispatch, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Valuable coordination and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
