*Position Overview*

We are inviting experienced and well-networked *Channel Partners* to collaborate with us for the marketing and sales of premium *Residential Plots & Villa Projects* in Hyderabad. The Channel Partner will act as an extended sales arm to generate leads, drive conversions, and expand market reach.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Source and convert high-quality leads for residential plots, villas, and real estate projects

- Conduct site visits, client presentations, and property consultations for prospective buyers

- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, and homebuyers

- Understand project USPs, pricing, legal documentation,



and payment plans to advise clients effectively

- Coordinate with our internal sales team for site visits, bookings, and deal closures

- Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to support sales strategy

- Ensure ethical practices and maintain brand reputation in all client interactions
