- Billing on ERP: Manage accurate invoicing and documentation through ERP systems.
- Transport Coordination: Oversee dispatch schedules, vehicle allocation, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Sales Team Coordination: Align warehouse operations with sales priorities and order requirements.
- Finance Team Coordination: Support reconciliation, stock valuation, and financial reporting.
- Stock Audit: Conduct regular audits, maintain inventory accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
- Escalation Matrix Resolving: Handle operational issues, escalate appropriately, and ensure timely resolution.
