Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities.
- Generate leads and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
- Manage promotional activities, events and customer engagement programs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
- Coordinate with sales, service and other departments.
- Manage social media, advertising and other marketing channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
- Prepare marketing reports and present performance updates to management.
- Identify new opportunities to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Ensure all marketing activities follow company guidelines.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
- Positive knowledge of digital and traditional marketing.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and teams.
