We are looking for a Solar Documentation Executive to manage documentation and coordination related to residential and commercial solar projects.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing, submitting, tracking, and maintaining solar project documents and coordinating with customers, DISCOMs, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain complete documentation for on-grid solar projects.

Handle documentation related to PM Surya Ghar / solar subsidy applications. Prepare and submit applications on relevant DISCOM portals.

Coordinate for net-metering, feasibility, inspection, commissioning, and meter-related processes.

Upload and verify customer documents such as: Electricity bills Aadhaar/PAN Bank details Property-related documents Photographs System and installation documents Track application status and ensure timely completion of each stage.





Coordinate with MSEDCL/DISCOM officials and follow up on pending applications. Prepare solar quotations, invoices, work orders, agreements, declarations and other project documents.

Maintain proper physical and digital records of all customers and projects. Coordinate with the sales and installation teams for required documentation.

Identify missing or incorrect documents and coordinate with customers for corrections. Maintain daily/weekly project status reports.

Ensure documentation is accurate and submitted within required timelines. Handle customer communication regarding documentation and application status.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
