Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Motion Designer responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, and visual content for the company’s digital marketing and communication needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos for social media, advertisements, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Design engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Convert static designs, concepts, and ideas into attractive animated visuals.
- Create Reels, promotional videos, product videos, explainer videos, and event videos.
- Add animations, transitions, typography, visual effects, music, and sound effects as required.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Maintain consistency with the company’s brand guidelines, colours, fonts, and visual identity.
- Edit and enhance existing videos and creative assets when required.
- Develop creative concepts and suggest current ideas for improving audience engagement.




- Ensure all content is delivered within the required quality standards and deadlines.
- Keep updated with current motion design, video editing, social media, and digital content trends.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Video editing and basic sound-editing skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in social media content creation and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of 3D animation, Blender/Cinema 4D, or AI-based creative tools will be an advantage.
- Understanding of current Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-video formats.

Performance Expectations

The Motion Designer will be expected to consistently deliver creative, high-quality, brand-aligned visual content that supports the company's marketing, promotional, and communication objectives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
