About the Role
G-Leathers is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our retail team. You'll be the face of our brand in-store helping customers find the right footwear and leather accessories, driving sales, and delivering a premium shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and recommending products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain product displays and store presentation standards
- Process billing and handle point-of-sale transactions
- Build customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
- Stay updated on current arrivals, offers, and product knowledge
Requirements
- Freshers welcome; prior sales experience is an advantage
- Friendly communication skills in Malayalam and English training and support provided to help you grow
- Friendly, customer-first attitude
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends
