Experience – 2 plus years Working Experience in Pay Off Process/ US Mortgage/ Mortgage Servicing

Shift – Night Shift / As per business requirement 24*7

Education – Commerce Graduate with First Class Pass Percentage

Location – Gurgaon

Job Details

Perform Pay Off tasks as per the defined guidelines – These tasks include payoff requests from borrowers, authorized 3rd parties, investors, and foreclosure/bankruptcy department.

- Reviewing loan documents (especially Promissory Note) and apply all the given conditions while preparing the payoff statement.

- Doing calculation for interest/default interest/extension fees/late charges as per the defined instructions per loan document.





- Sending payoff statement to investor for approval and once approved need to send to requester.

Competencies/Skill

Analytical Ability to work on financial data requests.
Numerical Ability - To add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly.
Detail oriented, organized and multitasking.
Ability to work on Excel using formulas and functions.
Communication skills – Proficiency verbal and written communication

Qualifications

B. Com / M. Com
Prior experience/ background in US Mortgage – Exposure to Pay Off Department would be an added advantage.
