Job Description – Floater Cosmetologist Doctor

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Week Off)
Note: Saturdays and Sundays are working days.
Travelling Allowance: ₹3,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a energetic, versatile, and customer-focused Floater Cosmetologist Doctor who can support multiple makeO Skinnsi clinics across Delhi NCR based on business requirements.

The selected candidate will be deployed across the following centres:

- Gurgaon
- Lajpat Nagar
- Paschim Vihar
- Green Park
- Noida
- Pitampura

Clinic allocation may change based on patient appointments, planned leaves, clinic requirements, and business needs.

One day, one clinic – the doctor will be assigned to one clinic for the day and will not be required to travel between multiple clinics on the same day.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities

- Travel to assigned Skinnsi clinics as per the roster and business requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive skin and hair consultations.
- Perform aesthetic procedures including:
- HydraFacial
- Laser Hair Removal
- PRP
- Mesotherapy
- Chemical Peels
- Q-Switch Laser
- CO2 Laser
- Dermaroller
- MNRF
- Non-Ablative Radio Frequency Facelift
- Assess patients and recommend customized treatment plans.
- Supervise treatment sessions and make clinical adjustments when required.
- Conduct online consultations as assigned.
- Maintain clinical documentation and ensure adherence to company SOPs.

Clinic Operations

- Support the day-to-day functioning of assigned Skinnsi clinics.
- Ensure a seamless patient experience across different centres.




- Coordinate with clinic teams for appointments and treatment schedules.
- Handle patient concerns and clinical escalations professionally.
- Train and guide therapists on treatment protocols and patient management.
- Collaborate with clinic teams to achieve operational and patient satisfaction goals.

Travel & Centre Coverage

The candidate will be required to work across:

Gurgaon
Lajpat Nagar
Paschim Vihar
Green Park
Noida
Pitampura

- One day, one clinic – no requirement to travel between different clinics on the same day.
- Clinic allocation will be based on business requirements and patient appointments.
- ₹3,000 monthly travelling allowance will be provided.
- Candidate must be comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR.

Eligibility Criteria

- BHMS / BAMS / MBBS / BDS / B.Pth
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a cosmetology, aesthetic, skin, or beauty clinic.
- Hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures and laser treatments.
- Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinic environments.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days' notice period preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹65,000 per month
- Travelling Allowance: ₹3,000 per month

The candidate must be comfortable working as a floating clinical resource across the following makeO Skinnsi centres:

Gurgaon | Lajpat Nagar | Paschim Vihar | Green Park | Noida | Pitampura

Clinic allocation may change daily, weekly, or monthly depending on patient appointments, planned leaves, clinic requirements, and business needs.

One day, one clinic – no same-day travel between multiple clinics.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
