Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children.
- Assist children with daily activities, meals, hygiene, and rest.
- Plan and engage children in age-appropriate games, learning, and creative activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the creche area.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities and needs.
- Monitor children's behavior and ensure a positive and supportive workplace.
- Maintain basic records of attendance and daily activities.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Previous experience in a primary school, preschool, daycare, or creche is preferred.
- Experience handling young children will be an added advantage.
- Should be patient, caring, responsible, and child-friendly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
