Geeken Chemicals India Limited is hiring an experienced Regulatory Affairs Professional with strong hands-on exposure to the Agro Chemicals / Crop Protection / Pesticides industry.

STRICT INDUSTRY REQUIREMENT

ONLY candidates with relevant Regulatory Affairs experience in AGROCHEMICAL / CROP PROTECTION / PESTICIDES industries should apply.

Candidates from Pharma, FMCG, Food, Textile or other unrelated industries will NOT be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / KRA

- Handle end-to-end Agrochemical Product Registration, Approval & Renewal.
- Prepare, compile, review and submit Regulatory Dossiers and registration documents.
- Manage Sample Submission, Sample Clearance and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Authorities, Government Departments and Laboratories.
- Handle regulatory queries, deficiencies, observations and clarification letters.
- Prepare responses and ensure timely closure of regulatory observations.
- Manage post-registration activities, amendments, variations and regulatory compliance.
- Review product labels, leaflets, packaging information and regulatory statements.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Technical, QA/QC, Production and Marketing teams.
- Maintain records of registrations, approvals, renewals,



submissions and regulatory correspondence.
- Track registration validity and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
- Monitor changes in agrochemical regulations, guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Support new product development with regulatory feasibility and documentation inputs.
- Provide regular updates to management on registration status, approvals and pending regulatory matters.

REQUIRED PROFILE

✅ 2–5 years of relevant experience in Agro Chemicals / Crop Protection / Pesticides Regulatory Affairs
✅ Post Graduate in Agriculture, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or relevant discipline
✅ Strong practical knowledge of Agrochemical Registration & Regulatory Affairs
✅ Good knowledge of Dossier Preparation, Sample Clearance & Regulatory Documentation
✅ Experience in handling Regulatory Authorities, Approvals, Renewals & Compliance
✅ Knowledge of registration procedures and post-registration requirements
✅ Strong documentation, coordination, follow-up and analytical skills
✅ Ability to independently manage regulatory activities from documentation → submission → follow-up → approval
