Videographer

Cuttingchaai is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer who can transform brand ideas into engaging visual stories. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for composition, lighting, movement, and current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute photo and video shoots for brands, products, hospitality, food, events, and social media campaigns.
- Capture high-quality footage for Instagram Reels, advertisements, promotional videos, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, design, and client-servicing teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Develop shot lists, visual references, and shoot plans.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, gimbals, and other production tools.
- Guide models, artists, chefs, and clients during shoots when required.
- Ensure that every output follows the brand’s visual identity and campaign objectives.
- Organise, back up, and maintain footage and production equipment.




- Coordinate with video editors and provide clear direction for the final output.
- Stay updated on emerging visual styles, filming techniques, and social media content trends.
- Be available for indoor, outdoor, event, and client-location shoots.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Videographer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of camera settings, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
- Must own a professional camera, suitable lenses, microphone, and lighting equipment.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, and digital advertising.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shoots within deadlines.
- Valuable communication, planning, and team-coordination skills.
- A strong portfolio or showreel is mandatory.
- Basic video-editing knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside regular hours when shoots require it.
