Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Project Manager – MEP/HVAC to manage and oversee MEP/HVAC project execution for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management capabilities, and hands-on experience in HVAC/MEP systems.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality, cost control, coordination, and timely completion of MEP/HVAC works while ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the planning and implementation of MEP/HVAC systems for construction projects.
- Ensure all MEP/HVAC works comply with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP/HVAC systems with the overall project design.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, including material, manpower, equipment, and subcontracting costs.
- Supervise MEP/HVAC installation activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure clear communication of project requirements and timelines.
- Ensure project installations meet required quality, safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing, quality materials, and timely delivery.




- Identify and implement creative MEP/HVAC technologies and sustainable solutions to improve project efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
- Establish and implement detailed project execution standards and guidelines for the project team.
- Define and monitor quality metrics and execution standards for project activities.
- Identify irregularities, deviations, and non-standard practices and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve project execution quality and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety regulations throughout project execution.

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project coordination and team management abilities.
- Hands-on experience in MEP/HVAC project execution.
- Experience in Quality Management will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Good knowledge of MEP/HVAC industry practices and installation standards.
- Sound understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage project priorities.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Work Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in MEP/HVAC project execution and management.
- Candidates with strong experience in HVAC/MEP construction projects will be preferred.

Reports To: Manager – Projects

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
