We are looking for a confident, presentable, and enthusiastic Front Office Executive cum Admission Counsellor to be the welcoming face of our school and support the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the school reception and handle parent/visitor enquiries professionally.
- Counsel parents regarding school curriculum, facilities, admission process, fee structure, and programs.
- Handle admission enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
- Maintain admission records, enquiry data, and student documentation.
- Coordinate school visits and campus tours for prospective parents.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate with teachers and management for smooth admission procedures.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general communication.
- Ensure a warm, positive,



and qualified experience for every parent and visitor.

Candidate Profile

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Pleasing personality with a professional approach
✅ Good counselling and convincing skills
✅ Basic computer knowledge & MS Office skills
✅ Prior experience in school front office/admissions/counselling preferred
✅ Ability to handle parents and multiple responsibilities efficiently
✅ Candidates from school/education background will be preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
