- Manage procurement of raw materials, components, consumables and subcontracting requirements
- Develop and manage supplier relationships and alternate sources
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times and commercial conditions
- Drive cost reduction, supplier development and localization initiatives
- Ensure timely material availability as per production requirements
- Monitor supplier delivery and quality performance
- Manage inventory levels and reduce excess/obsolete inventory
- Coordinate with PPC, Production, Quality, Stores, Engineering and Finance
- Manage purchase orders and procurement activities through ERP/MRP systems

✔ Strong experience in manufacturing procurement
✔ Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
✔ Valuable understanding of engineering components and raw materials
✔ Experience with MRP/ERP systems
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Automotive / precision engineering / industrial component experience preferred
