We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to manage and coordinate the sales pipeline, ensure timely lead follow-ups, maintain accurate records, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily lead distribution and tracking.
- Monitor hot leads and ensure timely escalation/follow-up.
- Maintain CRM, lead sheets, and sales dashboards.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead-to-CRM handover.
- Conduct/coordinate weekly sales review meetings.
- Prepare weekly sales performance reports for management.
- Ensure 100% lead tracking with zero lead leakage.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination/Sales Operations.
- Good knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.
- Solid follow-up, communication, and organisational skills.
- Process-oriented and detail-focused approach.
- B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or high-ticket sales experience preferred.
