Role

We are looking for a Business Development & Operations Executive who can handle both sales and basic business operations.

Sales Responsibilities

- Find potential clients online
- Contact businesses through calls, WhatsApp and other channels
- Explain Indie Commerce services and packages
- Understand client requirements
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Schedule meetings
- Maintain lead details
- Assist in converting prospects into clients

Operations Responsibilities

- Manage and update client/lead information
- Coordinate with clients and the internal team
- Follow up on pending tasks
- Help manage IndiaMART-related activities
- Maintain reports and Google Sheets
- Track enquiries and follow-ups
- Coordinate project requirements with the team
- Ensure regular communication with clients
- Assist with basic day-to-day business operations

Training

During the first month,



you will receive training in:

- Digital Marketing
- IndiaMART Management
- Sales & Communication
- Lead Generation
- Client Handling
- Basic Business Operations
- Our services and packages

Training Stipend: ₹5,000/month

After successful completion of training:

₹15,000/month + Incentives

Requirements

- Good communication skills
- Basic Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable with calls and WhatsApp
- Good organisational skills
- Willingness to learn
- Responsible and proactive attitude
- Freshers are welcome
