Job Description – Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can turn ideas and concepts into visually engaging designs.

The ideal candidate should have a positive eye for design, understand branding, and be comfortable creating graphics for digital, social media, presentations, events and corporate communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and professional designs for social media, presentations, brochures, reports, posters, web site, banners and other marketing materials.
- Design creatives for corporate events, conferences, campaigns and exhibitions etc.
- Develop concepts and visual ideas based on project requirements.
- Maintain consistency with company and client brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the communication, content and event teams to understand design requirements.
- Adapt designs for different formats, platforms and sizes.
- Create visually appealing PPT presentations and marketing collaterals.
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Make design changes based on feedback and ensure final artwork is accurate and print/digital ready.
- Stay updated with current design trends, styles and creative formats.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Good working knowledge of Canva and PowerPoint and AI Tools.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop fresh design concepts.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert them into effective visual communication.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Good to Have

- Experience in corporate branding, events, PR, communication or marketing.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing is an advantage.
- Experience working with corporate clients will be an added advantage.
