Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

Project Planning and Scheduling

- Assist in developing detailed project plans and timelines
- Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate with teams to ensure schedules are followed

Monitoring and Tracking Progress

- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Maintain and update project documentation and status reports

Communication and Coordination

- Serve as a point of contact between project team members and stakeholders
- Organize and facilitate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

Documentation and Reporting

- Prepare progress reports, presentations, and summaries for leadership

Resource and Task Management

- Coordinate availability and assignment of resources (people, tools, materials)
- Assist in managing budgets, invoices,



and vendor contracts
- Help with procurement and logistics

Risk and Issue Management

- Identify project risks and assist in mitigation planning
- Track and escalate issues as needed to the project manager
