- Manage the complete fabric quality control process from development to bulk production.
- Inspect fabrics for construction, appearance, color, GSM, width, shrinkage, and other quality parameters.
- Review buyer specifications, fabric standards, tech packs, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with fabric mills, suppliers, dyeing, printing, and finishing units.
- Approve fabric quality, lab dips, strike-offs, and development samples as per requirements.
- Conduct and monitor fabric inspection before bulk production and shipment.
- Ensure compliance with approved fabric standards and specifications.
- Monitor fabric testing for shrinkage, colorfastness, pilling, strength, dimensional stability, and other required parameters.
- Identify fabric defects and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
- Analyze quality issues and implement preventive measures to avoid repetition.
- Establish and maintain fabric quality standards and inspection procedures.




- Conduct supplier evaluations and monitor supplier quality performance.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, production, and garment quality teams.
- Maintain quality reports, inspection records, test reports, and supplier performance records.
- Handle buyer complaints related to fabric quality and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct supplier/mill visits and quality audits when required.
- Train and guide fabric quality inspectors and junior quality staff.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality systems and company procedures.
- Support recent fabric development and provide technical inputs on production feasibility.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
