About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our team. The intern will support day-to-day HR activities and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain employee and recruitment records
- Assist with onboarding and documentation
- Support employee engagement and HR activities
- Coordinate with different teams for HR requirements
- Prepare basic HR reports and trackers
- Handle other HR-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA/B.Com/HR-related course
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
- Ability to work from the HSR Layout, Bangalore office
