Bansal Motors is hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Dealer Sales Executive (DSE) for the LMD / 3019 Commercial Vehicle segment.

The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer acquisition, market coverage and achievement of assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, references and market activities.

Identify and approach potential commercial vehicle customers.

Promote LMD / 3019 vehicles to suitable customers.

Understand customer applications and vehicle requirements.

Develop business with transporters, fleet owners, contractors and local businesses.

Maintain regular customer follow-ups.

Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.

Achieve monthly sales and retail targets.

Maintain daily sales and lead reports.

Coordinate with the dealership team for quotation,



finance, documentation and delivery.

Build long-term relationships with customers.

Generate repeat and referral business.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate preferred.

1–3 years of sales experience preferred.

Commercial vehicle/automobile sales experience will be an advantage.

Valuable communication, convincing and negotiation skills.

Strong field-sales capability.

Local market knowledge preferred.

Target-oriented approach.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary

Competitive salary + Performance-based Incentives

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
