We are looking for a USA Telecaller to generate and qualify business leads for PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly, and electronic manufacturing services (EMS) in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based OEMs, electronics companies, and engineering firms.
- Generate and qualify leads for PCB Fabrication, PCB Assembly, PCBA, and EMS services.
- Identify customer requirements, project volumes, and sourcing needs.
- Introduce company capabilities and schedule meetings with potential customers.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing business opportunities.
- Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with Sales and Engineering teams for RFQs and customer requirements.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
This is a USA Shifts Role
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
