Position: Customer Relation Executive

Location: Kochi

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Maintain customer records and update data regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly customer engagement targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for customer interaction.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or client relations is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet targets.
