Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Injection Moulding Supervisor to manage day-to-day plastic injection moulding production activities, manpower, machines, moulds and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise Plastic Injection Moulding Machines during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the daily production plan.
- Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, cycle time, speed and cooling.
- Handle mould loading, mould changing and trial activities.
- Identify and resolve common moulding defects such as flash, short moulding, sink marks, burn marks, warpage and colour variation.
- Ensure proper machine start-up, shut-down and changeover procedures.
- Manage operators and helpers and ensure proper manpower deployment.
- Monitor production, rejection, rework and machine downtime.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Tool Room and Quality Departments for production-related issues.
- Ensure proper material feeding and correct material/product identification.
- Maintain shift-wise production reports and other required records.
- Ensure 5S,
safety and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
- Ensure operators follow company safety and production procedures.
- Take immediate action in case of machine breakdown, quality issues or abnormal production conditions.
- Train and guide operators for efficient and safe machine operation.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in Plastic Injection Moulding preferred.
- Positive knowledge of Injection Moulding Machines and Plastic Moulds.
- Practical knowledge of machine parameter setting and process control.
- Experience with mould change and troubleshooting.
- Strong manpower handling and shift management skills.
- Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of production reports and MS Excel preferred.
Candidate Profile
Education: ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification preferred.
Experience: Relevant Plastic Injection Moulding experience required.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/- per month.
Duty: 12 Hours.
Working: 26 Days per Month.
Immediate Joiners / Candidates with relevant Injection Moulding experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
