About the Role

GAOTek Inc. is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Staff to join our remote team.

This role is suitable for candidates with a strong technical background, including freshers and professionals returning to work after a career break. The position provides an opportunity to work with technology products, technical content, documentation, research, and AI-assisted tools in a global work environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Guide and mentor interns in researching and evaluating technology products.

* Create, review and edit user manuals, technical documents and product demonstration videos.

* Optimise website content using SEO best practices.

* Prepare and review technical documentation, reports and presentations.

* Maintain and regularly update the company's knowledge base.

* Upload and update product information on the company website.

* Conduct product and technology research to support the sales team with customer enquiries.

* Use AI tools and AI-assisted technologies to improve productivity, workflow efficiency and content creation.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of technical information.

Eligibility

* PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

* Freshers and professionals returning to work after a career break are welcome to apply.

* Experience with AI tools, AI-assisted coding or other AI-based productivity tools is preferred.





* Robust written and verbal communication skills in English.

* Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn.

* Good research, documentation and analytical skills.

* Own laptop/PC with a reliable internet connection.

* Comfortable working in the EDT/EST (New York Time) time zone.

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, skills, interview performance and country of residence
