Social Media Intern — Content, Reels & Creativity

About the Role

Frisson Devhub is looking for a Social Media Intern who is creative, curious, and genuinely interested in content creation. We're not looking for years of experience or textbook marketing knowledge — we're looking for good ideas, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social Media Platform
- Come up with Reel ideas, short-form videos, and trending content formats
- Design posts, carousels, and stories
- Write captions, hooks, and creative copy
- Research social media trends, competitors, and content ideas
- Help plan and maintain a content calendar
- Turn technical/tech topics into content that's engaging and easy to relate to
- Explore AI tools to support faster, smarter content creation
- Track basic engagement metrics and learn what performs well
- Contribute ideas for campaigns and new ways to grow our online presence

What We're Looking For

Core requirements:

- A creative mindset and genuine interest in social media
- Good communication and writing skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva and other creative platforms




- Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn as platforms
- Interest in Reels, short-form content, and current trends
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and experiment
- Ability to take an idea from concept to execution

Nice to have (not required):

- Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or other video editing tools
- Familiarity with Photoshop or other design tools
- Exposure to social media analytics
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Comfort using ChatGPT or other AI tools
- Photography or videography experience
- Copywriting experience

On Experience

We know most candidates for this role won't have formal work experience, and that's completely fine. What matters more to us is how you think and create. A college page you've managed, a Reel you've made, a Canva design you're proud of, or simply a strong sense of what makes content work — all of that counts.

Your application doesn't need a polished portfolio. A few examples of your work, in whatever form they exist, are more than enough for us to get a sense of your style.
