Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality teaching and mentoring to MBA students.
- Develop curriculum, course materials, and creative teaching methods.
- Guide student projects, internships, and research activities.
- Conduct and publish quality research in reputed journals.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and industry-interaction activities.
- Contribute to academic, administrative, accreditation, and institutional development activities.

Qualifications

- Ph.D. in Management/Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
- MBA with a strong academic record.
- Relevant teaching/research/industry experience as per applicable norms.

- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.

- Leadership, mentoring, and academic administration skills.
- Industry exposure and ability to integrate practical business knowledge into teaching.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
