Job Title: CT Scan Service Engineer

Job Overview Radrays Healthcare is seeking an experienced Biomedical/CT Scan Service Engineer to join our technical services team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CT Scan machines, with a primary focus on GE and Wipro GE systems (e.g., Revolution BrightSpeed, Brivo series).

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and relocate GE / Wipro GE CT Scan systems at client sites.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, tube warm-ups, and daily/monthly QA calibrations (Air Calibration, Phantom Testing).
- Diagnose and repair hardware, software, high-voltage (HV), and PDU faults in a timely manner.
- Inspect and service critical components including the Gantry, Slip Rings, Detectors, DAS, and X-Ray Tube assemblies.




- Respond promptly to breakdown calls and troubleshoot system error codes on-site.
- Ensure strict adherence to AERB (Atomic Energy Regulatory Board) radiation safety norms and room shielding guidelines.
- Maintain accurate service logs, technical reports, and customer interaction records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or Instrumentation.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in servicing and repairing GE / Wipro GE CT Scan
