Data Analyst | Content Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst | Content Operations to join our team.

The role involves supporting day-to-day business operations, streamlining processes, ensuring cross-departmental coordination, and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and growth. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, M.Sc. Data Science, M.Sc. Statistics, B.Sc. Data Science/Statistics or relevant analytical background

Employment Type: Full time

CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience and skill fit)

Key Responsibility:

1. Automating day-to-day business operations across departments. That's it! Details, if you insist: 1. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and performance improvements.

2. Collaborate with teams including Content, Finance, HR, Operations and Marketing to ensure seamless workflows.

3. Support in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review.

4. Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements.

5. Manage documentation, compliance,



and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

6. Monitor KPIs and ensure that business objectives are being met.

7. Assist in project coordination, vendor management, and resource allocation.

8. Provide administrative and strategic support to the operations leadership team.

9. Use AI tools to improve data analysis, reporting, research, and automate repetitive operational tasks.

10. Work with Walnut ERP to extract, manage, analyze, and cross-check data and support ERP-based workflows.

11. Identify opportunities to use AI, ERP, and automation to improve operational efficiency across departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / M.Sc. Data Science, Statistics, or related field. MBA in Operations is a +!

2. 0–3 years of relevant experience (internship or entry-level experience in operations/data analytics preferred).

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with business tools/ERP systems/Python/Typescript.

6. Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools as part of daily work.

7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.

8. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
