Real Estate Closing Manager guides qualified buyers through property presentations, negotiates terms, and handles end-to-end transaction documentation until booking or possession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Show properties, explain floor plans, and highlight amenities to prospective buyers.
- Handle customer objections, discuss payment plans, and close sales.
- Coordinate agreements, verify legal compliance, and manage RERA guidelines.
- Work with finance, legal, and CRM teams to ensure smooth loan processing and possession handovers.
- Update CRM software with client visits, follow-up logs, and sales reports.
Qualification & skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in real estate sales or transaction closing.
- Robust negotiation, objection-handling, and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with property laws, RERA rules, and local market trends.
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
