Senior Executive – Operations

Job Description

Experience: 1+ Year

Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai-Tamil Nadu

Work Mode: In-person

Salary: ₹22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and shift activities.

- Take ownership of store operations during assigned shifts and ensure smooth workflow.

- Supervise, guide, and support team members to achieve operational and service standards.

- Train and coach current team members on SOPs, customer service, and store processes.

- Monitor customer experience and resolve operational or customer-related concerns promptly.

- Ensure adherence to Bakingo’s SOPs, food quality, hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

- Handle cash management and ensure compliance with cash-handling procedures.

- Coordinate opening and closing activities and ensure shift handovers are completed effectively.

- Monitor and Audit product availability, quality, presentation, and wastage during shifts.





- Maintain a positive and productive work environment while supporting team performance.

- Identify operational issues and communicate them to the Store Manager with appropriate solutions.

- Support the Store Manager in achieving store targets and maintaining operational excellence.

Desired Skills

- 1+ year of experience in retail, QSR, bakery, food service, or store operations.

- Strong communication and team-handling skills.

- Customer-focused with a proactive approach.

- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Strong knowledge of SOP, hygiene, safety, and basic cash-handling practices.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
