KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, shoot and edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts and short-form videos.
- Handle the complete content process — Concept → Script → Shoot → Edit → Publish.
- Develop creative content ideas, hooks, captions and promotional campaigns.
- Manage company social media accounts and content calendars.




- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
- Track metrics such as Reach, Engagement, CPC, CTR, Leads & Conversions.
- Perform SEO activities including keyword research and content optimization.
- Optimize YouTube content through titles, descriptions, keywords, thumbnails and other SEO practices.
- Analyse social media insights and prepare performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media, content creation and digital marketing trends.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Location: Patna, Bihar

Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month
Salary: Negotiable based on skills & experience
