- Sending introduction mails to new and potential clients as instructed.
- Handling client communication, regular follow-ups and reminders.
- Attending client meetings and coordinating with clients as required.
- Identifying new clients and business opportunities through online research and other sources.
- Following up on proposals, quotations and ongoing discussions with clients.
- Maintaining client/lead databases and follow-up trackers.
- Supporting the Tendering Team in tender/EOI/RFP tracking, document coordination and related activities.
- Coordinating with internal teams for required information and documents.
- Handling any other Business Development, client coordination or related work as assigned by management.
