Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager – MEP/HVAC to oversee the planning, execution, coordination, quality, and timely completion of MEP/HVAC systems for construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in HVAC/MEP project execution, stakeholder coordination, installation supervision, cost control, quality management, and compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of MEP/HVAC systems for construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and construction teams to ensure effective integration of MEP/HVAC systems.
- Supervise HVAC/MEP installations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per specifications.
- Manage project budgets, cost estimates, materials, labour, and MEP/HVAC equipment.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, PMC, and consultants.
- Ensure all installations comply with project specifications, applicable codes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding project requirements, commercial terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Establish and implement detailed project execution standards and quality guidelines.
- Define and monitor quality metrics for project execution activities.
- Identify irregular or non-standard practices and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Review project execution processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve project quality and customer satisfaction.
- Explore and implement innovative and sustainable MEP/HVAC technologies and practices to improve project efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in MEP / HVAC project execution and management.




- Good knowledge of HVAC/MEP installation practices and construction project requirements.
- Strong project planning and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Good understanding of technical drawings, documentation, specifications, codes, and industry practices.
- Knowledge of health, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong vendor, contractor, consultant, and client coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.

Experience

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Candidates must have relevant experience in HVAC / MEP projects, preferably within construction/project execution environments.

We are seeking a technically strong and result-oriented MEP/HVAC Project Management professional who can independently coordinate project execution, manage multiple stakeholders, ensure quality and compliance, and deliver projects within defined timelines and budgets.
