The Insurance Account Representative is responsible for maintaining and servicing insurance policies throughout their lifecycle.

Typical responsibilities include:

- Review policy information for completeness and accuracy.
- Enter and update policy information in the agency management system or carrier system.
- Process policy changes requested by clients, brokers, Account Managers, or Producers.
- Process endorsements and policy amendments.
- Process policy cancellations and reinstatements.
- Support policy issuance and delivery.
- Review declarations pages and policy documents.
- Verify effective dates, expiration dates, limits, deductibles, premiums, named insureds, locations, and other policy information.
- Track pending policy transactions.
- Follow up with carriers when policy documents or transactions are outstanding.
- Maintain accurate policy records and transaction histories.

The representative may support the processing of new insurance accounts from submission through policy issuance.

Responsibilities include:

- Receive new business submissions from Producers, Brokers, or Account Managers.




- Review applications and supporting documents.
- Check submissions for missing or inconsistent information.
- Enter account and submission data into the appropriate system.
- Prepare applications and supporting documentation for underwriting.
- Obtain missing information from brokers, agents, or clients.
- Submit information to insurance carriers as directed.
- Track submission status.
- Maintain underwriting files.
- Support quote preparation and documentation.
- Assist with binding and policy issuance activities.
- Verify that final policy documents match the approved terms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
