About the Role

BSTV Noida is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing client relationships, promoting digital media solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, agencies, and corporate partners.
- Promote and sell digital advertising, branding, sponsorship, and media solutions.
- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable media proposals and presentations.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and client requirements.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to generate repeat business.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular sales reports, lead databases, and client records.
- Candidate Requirements




- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, Media Sales, or related industries.
- Candidates with experience in digital advertising/media sales will be preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and confident in client handling.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and advertising concepts.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
