We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in the digital marketing and creative services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other channels
- Identify and approach potential clients in India and international markets
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions
- Handle client meetings, proposals, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain solid long-term client relationships
- Develop strategies to consistently grow the company’s sales pipeline
- Coordinate with marketing, design, development, and creative teams for project handovers
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets

Requirements

- Experience in Business Development, Sales,



or Client Acquisition
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach, CRM, or lead-generation platforms
- Ability to independently generate and close qualified leads
- Comfortable working with international clients
- Target-oriented and proactive mindset

Preferred

Candidates with previous experience working in a digital marketing agency, creative agency, IT company, or web development agency will be preferred.
