ICE CREAM MIXER OPERATOR

Job Role

- Operate and maintain mixing machines for ice cream base preparation
- Handle ingredients (milk, cream, sugar, flavours, stabilizers, etc.) as per recipes
- Ensure correct measurements and mixing times for consistency
- Maintain hygiene & cleanliness of mixing area and equipment
- Assist in batch documentation and daily production logs
- Coordinate with production supervisor for smooth operations
- Monitor temperature, viscosity, and product quality during mixing

Eligibility





- Minimum 10th/12th pass or ITI/Diploma in food/technical field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / Dairy / Ice Cream / Food Processing industry
- Basic knowledge of machines & handling raw materials
- Must follow hygiene, food safety & GMP practices
- Ability to work in shifts

Salary - Negotiable (based on experience & skills)

Location - Raipur (C.G)
