Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior VSTO Developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, WPF, and Microsoft Office Add-in development.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance VSTO-based add-ins for Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Microsoft Office Add-ins using VSTO, C#, and .NET.
- Develop and customize add-ins for Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Work with Microsoft Office Object Models and Office Interop/COM.
- Build user interfaces and custom components using WPF.
- Develop custom Ribbon controls, task panes, menus, and Office automation features.
- Integrate Office add-ins with REST APIs, databases, and external applications where required.
- Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and maintain existing Office Add-ins.
- Ensure add-ins are reliable, scalable, and performant across supported Microsoft Office versions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of software development experience.




- Strong hands-on experience with VSTO / Microsoft Office Add-ins.
- Solid proficiency in C# and .NET Framework/.NET.
- Hands-on experience with WPF.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint Object Models.
- Experience with Office Interop and COM.
- Experience developing Excel/Word/PowerPoint Add-ins.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with Visual Studio, debugging, and source control tools.
- Good understanding of application performance, memory management, and exception handling.

Good to Have

- Experience with Ribbon customization.
- Experience with Custom Task Panes.
- Experience with Office document/workbook events.
- Experience integrating Office Add-ins with REST APIs and databases.
- Knowledge of ClickOnce/MSI or other Office Add-in deployment mechanisms.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Important

Candidates must have hands-on VSTO / Microsoft Office Add-in development experience. Generic C#/.NET developers without VSTO experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
