We are looking for an Inventory & Store Executive for our Event & Tentage company. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory, managing event supplies and ensuring that all required materials are available for events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update inventory records of tentage and event materials
- Prepare material lists as per upcoming events
- Check availability, quantity and condition of supplies
- Manage inward and outward movement of event materials
- Coordinate with the event/site team for material requirements
- Ensure timely availability and dispatch of required materials
- Keep proper records of damaged, missing and returned items
- Regularly check and maintain stock levels
- Coordinate with purchase/vendors whenever materials are required
Requirements:
- Knowledge of tentage and event-related materials is required
- Prior experience in an event company, tent house or similar industry will be preferred
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel preferred)
- Valuable coordination and communication skills
- Should be responsible and organized
- Ability to manage stock during busy event schedules
