Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to manage our digital presence, build engaging content, and support the brand’s overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.

* Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

* Develop monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

* Create visually engaging creatives and presentations using Canva.

* Write clear, engaging, and brand-relevant copy for social media and digital platforms.

* Manage day-to-day social media activities, including publishing, engagement, and community management.

* Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, budgets, and performance monitoring.

* Track social media and campaign performance and use insights to improve content and marketing strategies.

* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Requirements

* Strong understanding of social media marketing and content strategy.

* Good proficiency in Canva and creative content design.

* Hands-on experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.





* Basic to good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to develop fresh content ideas and turn them into engaging social media content.

* Positive understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and digital marketing.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

* Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role will be preferred.
