Job Summary

Megha & Omega Group of Institutions is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Admissions Counsellor to handle admissions for our PGDM program at Habsiguda. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, explaining the program and career opportunities, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding the PGDM program, eligibility, fee structure, specializations, and admission process.
- Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Explain career opportunities, placements, internships, and industry exposure associated with the PGDM program.
- Understand students' career goals and provide appropriate guidance.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth admission processing.




- Participate in seminars, college visits, education fairs, and promotional activities.
- Provide timely assistance to students throughout the admission process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM qualification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in PGDM/MBA admissions counselling is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to achieve admission and conversion targets.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in MBA/PGDM admissions, higher education counselling, educational sales, or business development will be preferred.
