We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to join our HR team in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The intern will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess availability, skills, experience, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracker sheets.
- Assist with candidate onboarding and other HR administrative activities.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Requirements
- Education: Completed Graduation / Post-Graduation; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work from the office in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
