This is a part time on-site role for an Assistant Teacher at Savi Montessori in Mumbai. The Assistant Teacher will be responsible for supporting the lead teacher in implementing the Montessori curriculum, creating a nurturing learning workplace, and assisting students in their educational and personal development.
This is a part time role. 8 AM to 1 PM
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - English is a must
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with children
- Ability to follow the Montessori philosophy and teaching methods
- Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting is a plus
- Certification in Montessori education or willingness to undergo training
- Basic understanding of child development principles
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
