We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team at a neurodevelopmental centre working with neurodivergent children. The role involves supporting children with developmental, behavioural, learning, and emotional challenges in a structured and child-friendly environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioural and psychological assessments
- Work with neurodivergent children including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, etc.
- Develop intervention strategies and support plans
- Coordinate with therapists, parents, and educators
- Maintain session records and progress reports
- Support children in improving emotional regulation, behaviour and social skills
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology / Child Psychology / Clinical Psychology
- Prior experience working with neurodivergent children is mandatory
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic and child-friendly approach
- Experience in school settings or therapy centres will be preferred
Working Details:
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 6 hours per day
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Location: Haridwar
