Sales Trainer – Real Estate / Construction

Experience: 5+ Years | Joining: Immediate
Location: Bhubaneswar

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and field-based sales training for the sales team.
- Conduct field visits to observe sales calls, client meetings and site visits.
- Provide practical coaching and feedback based on field observations.
- Train the team on lead handling, client interaction, negotiation, objection handling and deal closure.
- Identify performance gaps and conduct targeted training to improve conversions.
- Monitor training effectiveness and sales team performance.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Sales Training,



preferably in Real Estate/Construction.
- Strong communication, presentation, coaching and observation skills.
- Hands-on experience in field training and sales team development.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
