About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and assist customers with their queries, product-related issues, and support requirements. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns through phone calls, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about product features, services, and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the technical or relevant teams for complex customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are properly resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions in the CRM/support system.
- Understand the company's products and stay updated with new features and updates.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the relevant teams.




- Maintain a positive and qualified relationship with customers.

Requirements

- 0–4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Care, BPO, Voice Process, Telecalling, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM/support tools.
- Knowledge of Tally is an added advantage.
